"Sat in pain on the phone for 2 hours called 4 times trying to speak with a nurse and the lady at the emergency room wouldn’t even let me speak to one. Front desk lady said she couldn’t transfer me to a nurse unless I knew who because “she didn’t know how else to transfer calls” so I hung up on her. Still in pain and haven’t gotten to talk to anyone. This place is ridiculous and they need to get rid of some people because they just simply don’t care."

"Went to see a P.c.p at osf Galesburg not only did they call me the day of my appointment to reschedule but then did not complete all the labs that I needed then called me and tried to tell me I messed up somehow but had to be told a fax # to send the results 3 times then later said that I need to come back in to sign a form to have the results faxed and they needed the fax number. So I've made an appointment to see a real Dr don't go to O.S.F for anything especially lab work I'm going to solvera Health here in Galesburg they both except Medicare and Molina health insurance."

"I was definitely not impressed with this place. I made an appt for my child to get a school physical and for him to be seen for his adhd, which when I made the appt, I was told that he would be seen for both. When I got there, I got told that he was not gonna be seen for both, they were gonna try to give him shots when I knew for a fact he didn't need any. Their excuse was that they didn't have his medical records. I definitely said no to that because they should have obtained his records prior to his appt vs trying to pump him full of stuff that could harm him. Another concern I had was that while waiting in the room you can definitely hear the doctors and nurses discussion about patient stuff such as how they were and billing. This is very unprofessional."

"They managed to cancel my wife's appointment without her knowledge. When confronted about they blamed her and took a sucks to be you attitude. Ended up going to prompt care to get some treatment as she can hardly stand or walk. They were never prepared for cottage closing and it shows. As people start dying due to negligence maybe government agencies will step in and help"

"I've always been pleased with the service from this facility and Natalie Fargher. However, I received a call this morning regarding my refill and the receptionist was so rude to me. I asked her where her facility was located because I was confused about which provider was calling. She didn't tell me until I apologized for being mixed up, definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I'm changing my provider now so I don't have to ever deal with that negativity again. As if I need the stress of a rude receptionist when I'm twenty dealing with illness and still figuring out how to maneuver through our healthcare system on my own. thanks."
