"My daughter was traveling from Canada to Texas in her F350, pulling her four-horse trailer which was loaded with three horses, during the "2024 Freeze." It was 5pm on Sunday and she was able to pull her rig into the garage, which was enclosed and heated, while two tires were replaced on the trailer. She felt safe...she WAS safe. She was protected from the freezing temperature and was able to rest comfortably while the company ran a few emergency calls. They had her back on the road in record time. Vernell's had my heart in their possession and they didn't let me down. I cannot express my gratitude. Thank you. God bless everyone at Vernell's."

"Guy that fixed my truck was awesome and was fast knew what he was doing.price not so much showed up 9:30pm was told they didn't have the part. Waited til 8am come to find out they did have it night shift just didnt want to fix it. Night shift said $108 plus part. Took 58 minutes charged me $240 labor. Total bill came out little over double and never said a word to me."

"These folks are great!! Wasted an entire day at Loves waiting for a DOT inspection. Called the gal at Vernells and she got me in immediately!! Fast friendly service and they even offered to store my truck and trailer, high dollar cargo included, at their secured lot overnight. Definitely be going here next time I’m in the area an need service."

"Don't use this business. Totally unprofessional in every way. From the owner to the counter person. Came to tow away a truck. Had a flat tire. Didn't know they could have fixed it. Truck was there a month. No one addressed it to me. So my company had Love's come repair the tire. Counter woman comes out Saya we could have fixed it. I came in the office twice never let me know. Owner shows up. Starts cussing and fussing about the tire and it being repaired by Love's. Mad because he didn't make the sale on the tire. Tells me I have 5 minutes to get out or he's locking me inside. Get the truck out the front gate. Redo everything and leave. The counterwoman has the nerve to tell the Love's driver that I'm an a hole. Really.. I was nice and respectful to everyone including the foul moth tempered owner who likes to talk to people disrespectfully. All over a tire sake you didn't get. You got paid thousands to store the wrecked truck I towed away. Terrible customer service and very disappointed in the professionalism"

"Can’t say enough about our new best friend Darla! Hit a deer Saturday night and Vernell’s came and picked up our wrecked car. When we reached out early Sunday morning to inquire about retrieving important keys from the vehicle in the impound lot, we were so pleasantly surprised by the grace and selflessness of this lovely lady. She absolutely went above and beyond in helping us and we are forever in her debt. She is a true gem and only hope she is recognized for the amazing person she is!
