"Just wanted to share my recent experience with Quick Lane. Went in on a Friday to purchase a set of tires and spoke to Leigh. I thought it was going to be Monday before they could get my tires. Since I was leaving early Tuesday morning on a trip, I was a little nervous about getting my tires. After I left Leigh kept searching for tires and found me a set. Brought my truck in early Saturday morning and was on the road by 10:00 am. Leigh's diligence in find me a set tires was unprecedented. Thank you Leigh for your outstanding effort."

"Got there when they opened, 3rd in line, took over 2 HOURS!!! Then they used the wrong oil, even though it was written on the sheet and told to them several times, refused to rotate tires, nor check the brakes as requested. And their attitudes were HORRIBLE! I'd rather call in for every pull change and go somewhere else then to deal with the place covered in my warranty. THE WORST!!!"

"Use this place whenever I am in town and need an oil change. I know the wait can be long so I leave my car and they call for payment when they are done so I can pick it up when my day is done. This last visit I did the same thing. When I picked it up I drove home and found the rear under car shield has a giant chunk missing where it definitely snapped. Really disappointing that they didn't even tell me it was broken."

"This place is the nicest place I ever visited! Yes! My name is Terry Tao from Wisconsin. I had a flat tire on 9/28/2022 morning highway in Illinois. One screw on my passenger front tire. Class B RV van. I called this place and the nicest lady told me that it will be free to fix if it is fixable. I inflated the nasty glue into the tire and drove there. The wonderful technician cleaned the tire throughly and repaired tire. They payed detailed attention to clean the tire and fix it. Then it was free. I am speechless. I was shocked. I asked the nice lady what I should do. She said how about a shake of hands. I am deeply touched! I was in panic. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the detailed work, care, and love! Thank you!"

"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last October I was driving from Texas to Michigan and passing through Marion a car blew a tire in front of me and damaged the front of my car pretty bad. The cop that helped me said the car was still drivable as long as i could get a few things that were hanging down tied up. He recommended I go to this shop. They had no problem with me bringing my dog into the shop since she was traveling with me. I was in and out in half an hour. The guy who helped me was super nice and did a great job explaining what all they did to my car and they made sure it was safe for me to continue to Michigan. Really thankful for this shop!"
