Hammel Woods - DuPage River Access is a beautiful campground, lodging, and park located at 23435 West Black Road in Shorewood, Illinois, United States. The institution is part of the DuPage River preservation system, conserving over 1,500 acres of land. The 445-acre preserve includes forest and wetland habitats, providing a home for wildlife such as the long-tailed weasel and least weasel, as well as a variety of plant species.
