"I had the worst experience here! I was completely disregarded when I walked into the store. I walked around patiently looking at different options. I was noticed but wasn’t acknowledged by any of the staff. Not even a glance or a genuine smile. Letting me know it would just be a moment. Instead I was walked passed and spoken over. Until I was about to leave and the gentleman who was actually busy communicating with a customer at my time of arrival asked if I needed help. The women acted as if they couldn’t even spare a quick second. Which they def could have because they had enough time to speak passed me to another customer. It was clear they didn’t seem to mind not having my business. I won’t be buying from the Marion location. Our rings will definitely be bought elsewhere."
