"I was parked in the complex for nothing more than a few hours, visiting from out of state. I did not see any signs in the parking space or side of the parking lot, about requiring a permit to park. I even asked the tenant to verify if I needed one, and was told I didn’t. I look outside the window the next morning, and my car was gone. Not even a first “Warning” posted on the vehicle or anything. Just up and gone with all my luggage inside. Being I had my keys on me, I figured it couldn’t have been stolen since no alarm went off. From the entrance I came in, there was no signs stating that it was a permit parking only complex. It was only when the tenant drove me around the building to take the trash…did I see a sign for the ”relocation“ company SS towing. This just cost me unnecessary expense that I can’t afford and inconveniently close to the holidays. On top of that, the tow lot was so far away from the complex…It took up 2 hours of my morning and cost $219 to get it back. For a community in the suburbs that has no off street parking, I’ve never had anything like that happen. It’s not like I parked and took an Uber to O’Hare and just left it. I had all my belongings for a two week trip and only parked there 1 night, and it was my first night doing so. If I had known, I would have been better off spending half of that staying at a hotel without permit parking, versus a $219 inconvenience. They should paint signs on each parking space, if no one except residents can park. By requiring a permit even for guests, they are basically saying they don’t want you to have anybody visit. Which defeats the whole point of having your own place at all in my opinion. But I shouldn’t have to be penalized for the community not properly informing guests of whatever contract or agreement they have with tenants and tow companies if I’m simply visiting a tenant. And I will be sending the management a copy of the bill to reimburse. Because if a permit was mandatory, It should have been clear when I asked the tenant would there be any issues I needed to know about, if I park there."

"Do not stay here!! This is absolutely one of the dirtiest places you can stay. People steal packages all the time & management doesn’t do anything about it. It takes forever for maintenance to come fix an issue. This place is constantly rotating people in & out of the leasing office that no one is ever on the same accord. Only good thing is that you can have any kind of dog. But please don’t believe the hype, this place is awful."

"DO NOT THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE! PLEASE LOOK FURTHER!!! This is my 3rd month living in MPG’s and honestly living here was my worst decision ever. This place is disgusting and infested with so many roaches. I don’t know if the “good” reviews are fake but trust me, you do not want to waste ANY money here. Parking is horrible, maintenance takes DAYS to respond to any issue and when they do, nothing gets fixed. I’ve complained multiple times about the roaches and they “bug bombed” but just now, I had found one on my daughter’s bed with her ON IT. Completely disgusting and they do not care about ANYONES health here. I was tricked by pictures and ONE showing. The leasing agents are sweet but don’t fall for it. You will be traumatized living here."

"Words really can’t describe Alexis Hague! She’s a Leasing consultant but her kind an attentiveness to the guest, including myself makes me have a wonderful experience. She has a nice personality where her job in the office makes her essential, in my view. Again she’s a reason why I’m at ease,why I’m happy to be going to the office if I have an issues or concerns."

"I came to mount prospect greens looking for 2 bedroom apartment. My experience with Alexis and Betty at MPG was wonderful. They have an amazing effort to make this comfortable and smooth as possible. The best customer service i have evwr had.The property is beautiful . I can't wait to live in my new home"
