"My wife and I have been living here at 10 N. Main apartment for more than a year. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the location is convenient for groceries, shopping and transportation. The Metra station is a walking distance and getting to another town is really quick. The place has a beautiful lounge that you can reserve for any event. The gym equipment are well maintained. One thing to point out is the new staff management over here is very kind. Mirela and Joe would go above and beyond to assist you in anything that you need. Mirela is quick to response on any inquires and would update you in everything. Joe is phenomenal to fix anything that is not working. They keep the whole building clean and neat. Overall, we’ve been enjoying living over here and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to stay. - Kai T."

"My wife and I relocated from Ohio. On top of relocating we also downsized drastically, going from a 4 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. To say this was stressful would be a understatement. Once we chose Mt. Prospect as the community we wanted to live in my wife and I set about looking for a place to live. We looked at 3 different apartment buildings and one house. The 3 apartment buildings we looked at were all very similar being new(er) luxury units. We decided on 10 North Main because of the property manager, Jose. Jose's professionalism was to be expected but it was his welcoming and caring disposition that made it a very easy choice. Jose was very accommodating with our schedule and requests seeing as how we were moving in from out of state. Jose has responded quickly to emails and has been extremely helpful with everything. There have been a few minor issues since we moved in (door lock battery needed replaced, I needed help setting up the app) and Jose took care of these things immediately. If you are looking to move into a luxury apartment in Mt. Prospect I highly recommend 10 North Main. Todd"

"I have only lived at 10 N Main for a few weeks now, however I have had an amazing experience so far. I just moved here from another state where I owned a home and am not familiar with what is involved in renting a luxury apartment. I looked at many locations and Jose was by far the most hospitable. Always available to answer my questions, and believe me I had a lot of questions! Based on the amenities this is also the better value for your money compared to others that I looked at. The street noise can be fairly loud at times, however I moved here from a small rural neighborhood which may make my opinion of it a little skewed. The apartments themselves are so quiet. I have not heard any of my neighbors. I'm shocked just how sound proof these walls are. So far I am very pleased with our place and our overall experience with Jose and 10 N Main. I would highly recommend!"

"Im loving living at 10 N Main. Jose has been amazing answering all of my questions though out the leasing process; and facilitated a stress free move in experience. My apartment is wonderful, all appliances are newer model products and are in immaculate condition. The entire property is well maintained and clean. As other's have mentioned, there is some road and construction noise, given that N Main St is currently under construction; that's not the property's fault. Once the construction has finished, it will be even better!"

"I want to first note that my PREVIOUS apartment set the bar really low. I experienced blatant racism from the management group, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the other tenants. So here is my honest opinion of 10 N Main. Personally, I have had a great experience so far with 10 N Main apartment. Jose has been really great with responding quickly, and has always helped me when I needed it. I had a situation where I was unable to reside in the apartment for a period of time, yet Jose was able to accommodate things for me, such as getting my dryer fixed and moving my packages to my unit. I do have to say, the time I was unable to be in the apartment included the cold weeks where apparently there were many heat issues. So I have no feedback on how that was dealt with. My only complaint, that seems like a common theme, is just the lack of guest parking spots. There are only a few spots and I don't want my friends cars to get towed. Also, the windows are definitely not the most sound proof, so I do hear a lot of noise from outside. However, I do not ever hear my other neighbours through the wall compared to my previous place. Overall, I have personally been much happier at this apartment compared to my previous apartment. I plan on signing the lease again, especially if another concession is given. I think once I can live a full year without having to leave for a period of time like I did this year, I will be able to give a clearer review. But as of now, most of my experience here has been positive."
