"Rejuvenating peel -My first experience with Agnes was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and took her time and made me feel very comfortable. My skin look glowing when I left /She advised me to buy face wash, ultra moisturizer, and SPF, that I love. $ spent 364 dollars. My 2nd experience 6 weeks later was with another aesthetician I believe her name was Lucy, she was very kind but But not thorough she washed my face so quickly I felt like it wasn’t even cleaned she proceeded with the rejuvenation peel, and she was applying it so hard That my face was uncomfortable. She also got most of the peel in my hairline. I feel like most of the peel did not even get onto my face, because she was applying it so hard. I called to express my feelings Because I was planning on receiving more services the manager did not Even call me back. The two times I have been there. I have spent $600 In less than six weeks. "I have been seeing Lucy over the last year for facials at this location. Lucy takes the time to explain the services you will be getting and answers any questions. She will give suggestions for products for your skin type if you’d like to switch up your skin care routine. It has always been a very pleasant experience and much welcomed self care time. I drive an hour to specifically go see Lucy at this location because she is knowledgeable and her customer service is amazing. Highly recommend any service Lucy has to offer!"

"I feel very distrusted by this clinic and its members. At numerous instances, they have made errors related to he total cost. First, they forgot to include the doctor's referral discount (after I politely asked about it multiple times). Second, they misquoted me. An aesthetician gave me a different quote than what was charged to my card at the register, she lied and would not attest to her fault regarding it. Third, this clinic charged my card twice (imagine seeing a $300 double charge, had I not noticed it-- it would remain deducted from my card). I think this was the breaking point for me, I reached out to the manager Lynette and I felt I wasted so much time explaining myself over and over again. If you're a woman of color reading this review, please save yourself and try another clinic. This clinic is by far one of the worst when it comes to authentic treatment and customer credibility. I realize fully that as humans, we make errors. But what I fail to understand is how repeatedly my concerns were never understood and I ended up wasting a tonne of time and money. Utterly disappointed."
