"When I walked into the school 4 years ago my first feeling was peace and love! And I was right! I can’t thank enough everyone who gave me support and encouragement to continue my son’s journey who is at elementary school now! He loves every teacher and every day he walks into the school enthusiastically to pick up his sister! My younger kid says her teachers are the best and they are in our every day conversations and life! Education in early childhood is very important and Gardner school was my only choice! Thank you Erica, Britney and Mandy for being here for me and my family and big thanks for teachers who love my kids and help them grow! You will always be remembered ❤️"

"I couldn't leave my kiddo in more capable hands. My kiddo has been +2 years at this school and has gone through multiple teachers and classrooms. Every teacher has been phenomenal to work with with excellent communication. The kiddo also has sooo much fun over there that he has never made a fuzz about going to "la escuela". In addition to that the staff from teachers, admin, extra curricular have been so caring, close and compassionate that i know that when my kiddo is going to daycare he is just going to his "second family". Truly recommend to other parents. Big tip: do reach out early if planning to enroll. I have heard there is a waitlist!"

"I cannot say enough good things about our experience with TGS-South Naperville. My daughter started in the infant classroom at 6 months and her teachers in both baby classrooms - Vanessa, Joy, Lata and Alejandra have been so wonderful. They were all so well-attuned to her, taught her new skills, and provided her with such excellent care. Now she is in the toddlers classroom and also has wonderful teachers - Brenda, Mr. Junior, Brittany, Mandy, just to name a few as we have had good experiences with all of the teachers in her room. She is having a great time and is thriving, developmentally, with all that she is being taught. It is such a relief to know she is so well taken care of while she is there and that the teachers know her so well and provide her with so much stimulation and fun activities along with quality care. The hours and holiday schedule are also extremely convenient for working parents. Most importantly, my daughter is always happy to be there and I am so grateful to have found such a warm and nurturing environment for her to attend daycare and preschool."

"Our experience with Gardner School has been nothing short of exceptional, especially considering the unique needs of our child who has a medical condition. From the outset, the staff at Gardner demonstrated a level of understanding, compassion, and expertise that immediately put our minds at ease. The first thing that struck us was their commitment to inclusivity and accommodation. They didn't see our child's medical condition as a barrier but rather as an opportunity to provide personalized care and support. They worked closely with us to develop a comprehensive care plan that addressed our child's specific needs while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. Communication with the staff and management is seamless and transparent. Special thanks to Erica, Brittany, Kate, Ms Lizzy, Ms. Amanda, Ms. Dawn for being on top of everything. One aspect that truly sets Gardner apart is their curriculum. It's not just about babysitting; it's about fostering a love for learning from the earliest age. The activities, games, and lessons are not only engaging but also carefully crafted to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. I've watched in awe as my child has blossomed under their guidance, gaining confidence, independence, and a thirst for knowledge. Highly recommend !!!"

"The Compass school has been bought out by The Gardner School. If you didn't like the Gardner school you're not going to want to go here. They are going to implement their expensive uniform policy here on 3-6 yr olds, can you imagine! ...and did you know they won't pay a cleaning crew 5 days a week anymore? They require the teachers to kick in mop! Please read the employee reviews at Indeed and Glassdoor to see how mismanaged and badly treated they are. How can miserable employees work well with our children? The Compass School was the best school around for young children's education, now it's just an addition to a business model. Buyer beware, stay away!"
