"According to the reviews I was mislead. I don’t play about my kids, with anyone. I was expecting to be met with a rude and unprofessional business. However, my children were enrolled in a timely manner. They helped with all of my paperwork and they were very efficient. They also provide transportation, take the kids on trips, and feed them well. They are located in the front and it is visible for others to see. They teach the kids a lot of information according to their age. They work to help unruly children like mine with deescalation. They are knowledgeable and most importantly very clean inside and out! They follow COVID procedures, kids change their shoes, and they respect you. They are an asset to the community and have really nice staff. The owners are great always smiling, and funny stories to share. They provide resources and have a lot of younger staff who are also kid friendly and nice. Go support this business ❤️"
"I wouldn’t take your children here. Had to remove my son due to reasons I can’t discuss as their is an active investigation. As another Parent of this community avoid yourself the hassle and place your children In a daycare that will create a happy place to learn and grow."
"I would not recommend this place at all. I have a 4 year old son. He attended the same daycare since he was 1 years old. I was looking for a center closer to my job so I choose Little Bear. My son was there for a little over two weeks. After a week and a half one of the daycare teachers advised me that he had been crying when he gets off the school bus and her nerves can't take it. She said if he keeps crying when he comes there he cannot return . The final day he was there, one of the ladies told me to take him to the doctor to "Get him checked to make sure he doesn't have issues" ... Needless to say it was my pleasure to find another center. My son has been going to a new daycare center now for about 2 months NO ISSUES! If he has a bad day the staff at the new center is TRAINED in taking care of the needs of the children rather than allowing them to effect their "nerves" Children cry...especially when they are adjusting to a new environment. If your nerves can't take that, maybe you are in the wrong line of work"
