"Had a hsa card, but was too sick to locate it. Was required to pay for my first two visits before they would see me again. They automatically withdrew money from my account days after getting the invoice…. Not my hsa. Will never go to this location again, and I have gone here for years."

"This business is wild, they put profits over ethical practices and also put money before people. It’s one thing to run a business it’s also another thing to screw people over. Honesty and transparency is not given at this “business” they should have solid insurance as they’re very vulnerable for a HIPPA lawsuit. I like to call places like this UN-healthcare because again profits are the priority over customer service. Take your money and insurance benefits elsewhere this isn’t the place."

"From phone call to front desk to nurse to doctor…everything is outstanding. Everyone is friendly, professional & helpful. Whether it’s Dr. Patel or a PA, they make you feel at ease, they listen intently to your issues, explain in detail everything & answer all your questions. They never rush you. Dr. Patel is my primary doctor bc I like him (and everyone else) so much. It’s a bonus that their hours extend into the evening and being open on Sat & Sun. Plus you can make same day appts. I’ve never had too long of a wait even if I’m a walk-in. You can be in & out within 20-30 min. The longest time between walking in and to leaving has been 1 hour tops…and that’s only when 1 of my 3 boys needed X-rays from sports injuries. Love this place & the whole staff!! EDIT: I’ve been seeing Amanda for so long now. She is truly so nice & friendly…she makes me feel so comfortable. She attentively listens (not “hears”) to me & every tiny detail of my current problems (I’m a walking medical school textbook with the worse luck ever). When I get my regular blood work done every 3 months, she’ll go the extra mile & test for a few other levels that were either off in the past or correlate with my current/new issues…to make sure we didn’t miss anything before that could be an underlying reason for certain problems This gives me a lot of peace of mind & I appreciate it a lot."

He was kind and professional and gave me all I needed for my Bronchitis! I slept for 2 days and he saved my life! And my Christmas! Thank you so much to all of you!"
