"Edit: efforts were made by the manager to prevent future mishaps. I have had three prescriptions filled with them because my doctor uses them. I don't plan to use them myself. I have had two incidents with them. First, a large charge appeared on my credit card bill for some reason (I don't remember). I called them and they refunded me. The latest incident: an Rx was faxed over on Thursday, I called them to see if it was ready. They said they needed for me to approve filling it with insurance. I don't know why I had to call them; why didn't they call me? Were they ever going to fill it? Then they said it would be ready the next day. I called at 4:00 the next day and they started asking me the same questions. I told them we had already gone through this. Oops, somehow the order didn't get back to the technicians. So now I have to wait until Monday to get my medicine, four days after the order that came in the morning. Edit: the refill process wasn't any better. I called in and entered the Rx # into the automated system. Three business days later, after hearing nothing, I called in the morning and was told that "it didn't go through." They assured me that they would refill the prescription that day and that they would call me. I asked them, "so you will call me?" and she assured me they would. I never got a call. What a clown show."
