"Great atmosphere, friendly barbers, and a skilled cut! The vibe at Platinum Fades is awesome - relaxed and diverse. I was able to snag a last-minute appointment with TD Cutz through Booksy, and he did an amazing job with my high fade and tips. He was super professional and friendly, and I could tell he takes pride in his work. I saw that other barbers had great styles too, so I'll definitely be back to try someone new next time. Bonus points if you catch Tom Tom there - he might be the world record holder for most chicken wings eaten in one sitting (at least in Plainfield!). A whole 50 piece with ranch and that celery as well."

"Emiliano is a 5 star barber. Has never scratched me once on a bald fade. Has incredible attention to detail. I tried a burst fade with him for the first time. Was nervous going into it.. not sure if my profile would be good for it. He figured out how to shape and shade every part of my noggin and it’s incredible. Highly recommend"

"I’m very picky about my hair and have had the same barber for over 20yrs. I’ve recently tried Tony as a new barber in the area and let me tell you the guy does a phenomenal job! His fade is top notch which is hard to find in the suburbs. I’ve found a new barber that’s for sure."

"Went there for the first time in like 3 or so years, great experience and service, people there welcoming and patient with my cut style. Had anthony and couldn’t like the guy any more. All in all great experience and cut, will be seeing this place again in the future."
