"The front desk is terrible, but the doctors are okay. They make you wait for so long and then say they sent referrals and fax but when you go to the facility it’s never there."

"I went for an annual check up, and i gave a blood sample the same day. After a month after visiting no one contacted me with no advice about my results. I tried to contact my dr. Iram Ahmed several times, they put me on hold, even hung up on me. I installed the app they have, it is useless."

"They can't seem to keep up with my meds. I've called 6 times in 2 weeks for refills. Twice they refilled the wrong dosage, and 4 times have said they will send the refill to the pharmacy and never do. This is absolutely unacceptable to do to someone who needs life saving meds."

"Avoid this place at all costs. I went in seeking a new primary care doctor after a relocation a few months ago. I was grilled by Dr. Ahmed and her little assistants about my health history for over 30 minutes for nothing. They spoke to me in a very cold manner and the appointment was a complete waste of time. I will not be returning and will find a primary care physician similar to the great experience I had as a patient at Northwestern Medicine. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Probably the worst physician appointment I have ever had, hands down."

"This is the worst doctor I have had the displeasure of knowing. I am looking for a new PCP asap. She is dismissive, cold, lacks empathy, and generally doesn't know how to treat basic things. I have hypothyroidism and she will literally say the same rehearsed lines every time I go to her for medical care. She will blame ANY health concern I have on hypothyroidism. I had to go to immediate care because I was COUGHING UP BLOOD and having muscle aches. I told her about the visit, and she dismissed me. The immediate care center was MUCH more helpful than she has EVER been. I honestly don't know why I stayed with Dr.Ahmed for this long. She has never listened to me, given me the proper refferals to specialists, or even helped with my thyroid condition. She would just tell me to take my thyroid pills consistently (which i have been doing for A YEAR now), and my problems will magically go away (THEY DON'T). Next, the reception area is the most disorganized and unprofessional mess I have ever seen. Today the receptionists were talking about their paychecks and loudly calculating their next paychecks right in front of us. They didn't greet us or even make an attempt to acknowledge that we were there. I don't know how this place is still running. Final thing, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE. People are saying these things, and giving bad reviews FOR A REASON. She is so dismissive/ignorant that it has become dangerous to my health. If you are thinking of giving her a chance because she speaks Urdu/Hindi, DON'T. There are plenty of good, moral doctors in the area who offer the same. Good luck."
