"My appt was at 11:10 but at 11:35 still not called on and when I asked how much longer I would have to wait I was looked at like I was an imposition to them. Once I was taken I was treated like i shouldn’t be annoyed . When I was asked for my utrine e sample I was walking out of the room the phlebotomist grumbled about people having no patience which made me come back and said I was annoyed because it was almost a 1/2 hr past my appointment and you are acting like I shouldn’t be upset. There was 3/to 4 other people there at 11:10 . Which of course leads me to try and figure out why I had to wait so long . It was the worst experience I have had with quest so far. Don’t think I will be utilizing this location again."

"I was the only one there, so I was helped within minutes of checking in. The phlebotomist was very nice and was willing to make conversation with me to distract me from the blood draw since I hate needles. I appreciate her kindness since I had been to other quests where people were not as nice."

"We went to this facility as walk-ins and could not schedule an appt. But with the help and accomodation from Felicia, she was able to get us in quick and smooth. She was professional, warm and extremely helpful. We are grateful to have met her. She turned a potential disappointment into a great experience!"

"Went in for labs. Was in and out in under 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was very nice and after my labs were drawn, no bruising. I had a very good experience and would use Quest again."

"Went in for a Drug Test for work. When you walk in, I didn’t notice anyone at the service window, instead they have an iPad and you check in that way. Big sign next to the window that lets you know about that so you can’t miss it. Name, what are you in for, and date of birth. That’s it you take a seat. There’s a nice 40” flatscreen that shows the weather for the day, and some tv show or news on. Along with the ppl who have checked in by order and their names listed. So you know who’s next in line. Once you check in your name goes on that tv immediately. They’ll come out and call you by name to get you. Observing the small office, I notice in the far corner a play area for small kids with a few toys there. Place is very clean. Organized. I went in and out in a matter of about 8-9mins. The lady was very smooth and quick, definitely knew what she was doing. The bathroom was clean where I went in for the urine sample and every small office looked organized and clean. Was treated very nicely and respectfully by the lady that attended me. There was an older gentleman/employee in the office next to mine that also seemed very respectful and good with what the other patient was getting done. I don’t know all the services they offer, or if it’s by appointment only and being sent in by your job only or if you can just randomly walk in and get a drug test or any kind of testing done. But it was quick and easy process. 1-3 days for results to come back to your employer, usually in 1 day she said. They get them done right away. It’s located in a building with many suites, this one is up on the 3rd floor you can take the elevator or stairs up. Can’t mis the “Quest Diagnostics” sign at the door along with the suite #330."
