"I attempted to sell my Yamaha Concert Grand piano with very little luck. I called Naperville Music and spoke to Nate in March of 2023. He was very professional and "is a man of his word"! So I decided to allow Naperville Music to sell my piano. Nate sent a piano moving company out to my home with no charge for picking it up. These three guys were so strong and took excellent care taking my Grand apart and bringing it down 4 stairs. In the past 9 months, I communicated with Nate via email. He always answered my emails quickly. I lowered my price several times which attracted more interest. What truly helped sell my piano was having Naperville Music advertise it on their web site with pictures as well as a brief description. In December of 2023 I had an offer on my piano and I accepted. I finally met Nate for the first time. I was amazed at how huge Naperville Music was when I came in on Dec. 11, 23. This small business is very impressive with the amount of musical instruments, sheet music, lessons and stock. Finally Nate is COMPETENT AND TRUSTWORTHY! I am very grateful for his feedback whenever I emailed him. It took nine months to sell my Yamaha Concert Grand but it was worth it. Thank you Nate!!!!!"

"Brought my guitar in for a nut and string install. They did that and so much more for a great price! Love how it turned out! Definitely recommend them for all of your guitar repair needs. Please note from the photos that the marks underneath the nut on the left and right side of the neck were there prior to service."
