Cleanliness and a feeling of community 4. Good parking When I met and got to know Misty and her crew all factors fell in place. They are a great combination. The rest is history and I am still here, I honestly could not find a better place to live and call home."

So when we had a chance to move here it was a dream come true. The staff are Awesome. Misty and I had long conversations about Love and Life, she truly feels like a friend, there has never been a time I called and she didn't respond. She will take care of your needs, she is always professional and kind. I Love Her. The maintenance staff are friendly, skillful and knowledgeable of every problem you could encounter, and super quick, always respectful of your apartment. I've only had dealings with Manuel, again the word is professional he's such a wonderful man. As for the complex, it's clean, safe, cared for with Love. I am happy to say I'm a Governors House Resident. THIS IS HOME!!"

"My family and I have have resided at Governors House Apartments for nine years. Living here has been a great experience for us. It's a safe and comfortable community...very suitable living conditions, friendly neighbors, and wonderful staff. The entire complex is well maintained and very appeasing to the eye. Misty is a fantastic property manager! She is very personable, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Misty is very resourceful and helpful to each and every resident at this property. Also, she makes herself available to answer any questions and/or concerns that you may have, even outside of office hours. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. The maintenance staff is professional and very kind! Manuel and Rafael, both have responded to my maintenance requests promptly and completed the requests in a very short period of time. Maintenance keeps the hallways clean. They always keep a smile on their faces why completing their tasks! I would highly recommend Governors House Apartments to anyone. My family and I are perfectly happy here with no plans on leaving anytime soon. I couldn't be more pleased with Governors House Apartments landing Misty, Manuel (the only original staff when I became a resident in October 2014), and Rafael."

"I lived here for 2 years now with no regrets! Misty is one of the best property manager you can ever ask for. She always makes sure everyone needs are met to the best of her ability. All the emails and texts she sends out to all the residents about any updates regarding the staff hours, the property or even what’s going on in the community are greatly appreciated! She and her maintenance staff always make sure the property is well lit, clean and maintained. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, my needs are always resolved quickly. I will say if you have good suggestions or concerns, just ask her, she will most definitely look into making those changes within her control!"

"Let me just say, I’m the type of person who never leaves a review unless something is terrible or something is amazing. My experience has been nothing less than AMAZING! I have been living at Governors House Apartments for 4 years and honestly it just keeps getting better. Misty and the guys are so kind and helpful. They always speak when you cross paths. If I ever have a concern I reach out to Misty directly and it’s taken care of in less than an hour. There was a time I had a situation after hours, I reached out to Misty & she sent one of the guys over immediately. Honestly one of the best places to live because they actually genuinely CARE about their tenants & not a lot of places do. When I heard they were updating empty apartments I RAN to Misty to ask. Next thing I know she told me the guys were coming to update mine as well. ☺️ It’s the little things that mean the most & that includes the random “just checking in/just thinking about you” texts from Misty. I truly appreciate everyone At Governors House Apartments! Thank you for being my Home. ❤️"
