"This visit was quite the experience. The 1st day the power went out. It was off for maybe 20 minutes so not that much of a big deal. The very next morning I got woken up bright and early when I still had the room for another day because the fire alarm in the whole building went off. That was blaring throughout the whole hotel for at least an hour. I called the front desk and they said someone was stuck somewhere. It was hard to hear with the extremely loud alarm. After this time I checked out and decided to get a different room in the same building the following night. I was then placed in a room that had very dirty sheets. So I had to ask the front desk for clean sheets and change the bedding myself. They then placed someone next to me that put their dog in a room to bark for hours while they left the hotel but because I had to work at 3am I had to ask for a room change but the staff was understanding and switched my room right away. I feel like I should have gotten offered a few free nights or something. Not Everytime is like this. I have been here many times. The maid service is just not what it used to be."

"Don’t even want to start with this nasty place between the room, having mold, stains all over the blankets and walls, filthy, dirty from the room all the way in the parking lot garbage all over the parking lot wouldnt wanna ever stay at this hotel ever again then, also, whoever takes the phones that’s supposed to work front desk this morning was never there waited over an hour in the lobby. Nobody showed up called the phone number of the hotel six different times. Somebody finally answers the phone says she’ll be down in a minute 35 minutes goes by in the phones aren’t being answered no more Sat in the lobby for over an hour never got no help to get a receipt or check out"

"The king sized mattress was so old that no matter where you laid on the bed, you rolled to the middle. It was so bad that we packed up and left at 2am."

"Not sure why so many bad reviews. Maybe angry guests that were removed due to their behavior. This place is very clean and the staff is great. They don't allow unruly guests which is great. The woman at the front desk goes out of her way daily to accommodate guest needs. The downstairs cleaning woman does the same. They keep things safe and under control. The new owners are extremely polite and courteous to guests also very accommodating. It's quiet. Pets can stay here free. Nice indoor pool that stays clean."
