Best Buy

"At the HIP Mall so garage parking. I think it's your typical Best Buy, not a huge store, good service, I try and go weekdays early, never to crowded then, so I always get an employee to help. I'm sure if you go on weekends at peak times it would be different, just like any other box store, never enough employees to go around. Bought many items over time and each one was fine. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, it's the reason that they are still in business as a brick and mortar."

"Went in on a Saturday afternoon, the guy at the entrance was quick to greet us and guide us to where the cellphones were. The guy at the cellphones was very helpful showed me the cases, screen protectors and charges. Took the time to explain the difference in phones and answered all of my (many) questions. The great customer service was very appreciated!"

"Terrible customer service. In fact, there isn't any, at all! I was standing there for 30 minutes, waiting for someone, even asked the woman at the front to call someone to help me get a phone. Nothing. 15 minutes standing asking useless employees and 15 minutes waiting even after having the lady at the door call someone. That's insane. I've never seen a more poorly managed Best Buy. Such a same, and with prices way up at this store, you'd think they can manage the people properly."

"This was my main Best But location I've been going to for 15~ years, but recently it's been going a bit downhill in some areas so I've been going to the Skokie location more often. First off the good - Big store with a really good layout so it's easy to find what you need, and employees have always been nice and understanding. The bad - For some reason this location has a "greeter" which always asks you "what brings you in today" which can get annoying if you frequent the store. The major issue for me is that recently when I've been coming in items that show as in stock are nowhere to be found on store shelves. The gaming peripheral section in particular is also really messy and run down. You also don't really get asked if you need any help anymore and there's a clear lack of employees though that's understandable these days. I think this location can get back to 4-5 stars in my book really easily if it just fixed these issues."
