Automatic Appliance Parts

"We are lucky to have this place nearby. I usually go to Lucy’s in Zion for appliance parts as I am in Lake County. Though they stock the part I needed this time typically, they happened to be out of it. By backup (Abt), was out of stock too. They suggested Automatic Appliance Parts at the exact same time I found online they had 18 of the gas bake igniter for my range that I needed. They were also open at 8:30am on Saturday. I’m stock and open on Saturday mornings is already a huge bonus. When I walked in and gave them my stove model number and told them I needed an ignitor I thought they looked up the wrong one because he gave me an automatic discount on the part from what I knew the price was online. Local, open early and weekends, large stock of parts, good pricing and knowledgeable people, if you don’t treasure places like this, you are a lost consumer. They may become my go to source for appliance parts. They not only have their inventory online but accept Apple Pay too. I am at a loss trying to find a flaw here…."

"I got a display for my stove ,when I got the part it did not work I asked if I could return it or exchange it he said he would send one out on Monday and send the one i have back well the next Monday came around haven't heard a word from them I have sent 5 emails and still have not heard from them very bad customer service so beware thank god I went through ebay and I'm just going to go my refund back from them."

"Avoid this place. They sold me the wrong part for my drier and when I went back to return it the guy with glasses would look at the bag like I stole something from it and then just threw the returning receipt on the counter without saying a word. Nice way to send customers to Other places."

Arrived just a few days after my order and was a perfect fit. They have a solid reputation (while all the other appliance part sites had heavy baggage) and an actual person answered the phone when I called to confirm that the part I ordered was actually in stock and shipped. I have purchased a heating element and now a tub seal gasket from them for my Samsung dryer and Washer respectively. Their prices were very very competitive.
