"My appointment was 30+ minutes late. I knew I was seeing the Nurse Practitioner& was told she was very good. The nurse assistant came in first for questions and was very impatient with my stumbling for words to explain why I was there. She left & Nurse Practitioner came in w/Nurse assistant. I explained why I was there & was informed that would be another time/another visit. I was there for severe itching of scalp & neck. She barely examined my scalp, didn't look at my neck at all & gave me a shampoo prescription but I left still itching, to come back in two weeks! Meanwhile the itch is terrible. I called back today to switch to see Dr. Mac Arthur & found she's gone & no other docs available there! Needless to say I canceled my appointment & will find another Dermatologist. I won't recommend this place to anyone."
"My appointment was scheduled quickly. The check in process was quick and easy. Every person that I came into contact with was friendly. They took care of my concerns with great care. I would highly recommend this office. Kelsey was very professional and friendly."
"UPDATE: Have to get the Mohs procedure done with their "in house" surgeon (who has now apparently left the Glen Carbon office). It has been over a month, 4 calls later and they've never contacted me to even schedule the appointment and you can't apparently speak to them yourself to schedule so it's always leaving messages. :-/ Had a few biopsies done and they charged my insurance over $4k!!!! Now I'm no longer impressed and reconsidering my decision. Prior: Super super nice! Loved my first visit. Quick and to the point yet caring and friendly. I had no doubts about their abilities. I feel totally comfortable with the whole process!"
"Every staff member was so kind, friendly, and pleasant. Casey, the Nurse Practioner was so thorough, efficient, and concerned for my issue. And the same goes for the other care giver, Miss Geneva. The office was really set up nice and thoroughly clean. I appreciate their service and wishes them; stay Safe."
