The second time, I tried to walk-in and was coldly told I would have to check-in online, even though the doors and website say “walk-ins welcome”. The lady claimed it was a 2 hour wait despite the TV list having 3 names on it, and 2 people in chairs. Now the third time, I scheduled my appointment 5 hours in advance. They’re working so slow it’s now more than 40 minutes past my appointment time."
