"I recently visited McDonald’s and had a notably disappointing experience. The cashier at the counter appeared disinterested and disengaged, making the ordering process feel like a chore rather than a service. Unfortunately, the experience only worsened with the staff member who eventually served me. Her rudeness and lack of courtesy were palpable, leaving a sour impression. The overall service was lacking in both professionalism and basic customer care, which made for a frustrating visit."
"Horrible service. Waited at drive thru line 4 minutes while the other line kept moving, finally I pulled up to the window and told her, she says , oh I guess no one was there, I would take your order but I have the other people to take.. need better training and management if they think it's ok to respond that way."

"The mcnuggets, fries and diet coke I had were all great. Service was also excellent. If it would have been a bit cooler I could have enjoyed the outdoors where I am writing this review. Instead I sat on a bar stool because of limited regular seating. All in all a wonderful visit."
