The only other good review is obviously fake. Sybil using one of her other personalities. Or did Kevin grow a brain? Maybe he's smoking some of that crack from the parking lots. HIs apartments are nothing more than crack dens with ugly kitchens. Some new tile doesn't clean up the crime and drugs, Kev. Or the roaches or collapsing roof. Renters, you can do better. Living in your car is better."

"My experiences were not good with Bouse Rentals. When I had a leaking dishwasher, it took several calls before they bothered to show up, and then the man was very rude to me. Intimidating. They claimed the apartment buildings were safe, but there are drug dealings going down in the parking lots at night, and I tried complaining, but nothing was done. Maybe it's just impossible to keep that kind of thing from happening. Also, you may not know this, but the entire ceiling fell in on a mother and her tiny baby. Google it and you can find the story on the TV news sites. The inspectors found other ceilings that were ready to cave in, but nobody knew WHY. If there's no reason other than HUH, then it can't be fixed. So keep your eyes toward the sky and run for your life if the ceiling starts to fall. It's pretty fake that the only review here was from KEVIN BOUSE himself, and he says it's a great place to rent. ROFLMAO! Is he that dumb that he doesn't know his name shows up? OMG. Some of the other rental companies pay for good reviews...maybe the only way Bouse Rentals could get a good one was for Kevin Bouse to post one himself."
