"I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!"

Though it was almost the closing time and there was something not right with the computer but a cute girl wearing heart shaped glasses has made sure that I don't leave without purpose. I appreciate her kind gesture and great manners. She could have said that system isn't working but she preferred to keep trying and provided best customer service. Keep up your good work!"

I called and the team was extremely helpful and accommodating and even walked me through how to get the missing paperwork to them from the Amazon website. "Went there around 9 am on a Saturday, had a prepaid label and just wanted to get a receipt. The couple in front of me had a very complicated international package that was taking quite a long time because there was a lot of info to fill out. The cashier had me go to the next register over, scanned my package quickly to get me a receipt and without missing a beat returned back to helping the couple. I don't usually go out of my way to review places, but I have to say, amazing customer service!"
