"I didn't recieve the documents I needed to sign so I called back and the person got annoyed with me. They made a typo on my email which is an understand error. I brushed it off even though she was clearly annoyed with me as if I was the one who made the error. 3 days after the policy was supposed to be reported to the secretary of state, I had to call progressive myself and correct my policy because they did not do it correctly. Very stressful and frustrating situation since I need this coverage in order to work. Now I likely have to wait an additional week due to the holiday. I only came here out of desperation but had I taken my time I would have done it differently which is on me. For sure going else where upon renewal."

"Do not recommend at all. Very rude very unprofessional. They fail to notify me when my my policy expired. I would have to do that on myself no call nothing. Is very unpolite. Rayna Called me when we decided to switch over to a different agency. Start asking me over the phone why are we moving? Do we not like her anymore very unappropriate stuff. Then the 2nd time she called she was p****. Would not give Me all The information that I was asking her told me to go to my new agency and deal with them. She was very upset and made me feel guilty that I chose a different company. Fail to notify me that I have an outstanding balance with the current agency.. Never received a letter that I have an outstanding balance due to that I was sent to a debt collector company to collect whatever I own. Very unprofessional highly not recommending them. No one very rude!!!! If there were zero star they would have gotten a negative star."
