"I didn’t get to do the survey from the receipt. But for some reason the cashier overcharged by a lil over a dollar. When I order on the app my meal came out a little over $21. When the cashier did it. My meal was over $22. This happened before at the Lake bluff location also. I guess they singly charge chips and drink instead of as the meal add on. And they didn’t double check the mistake."
"Freaky slow. Placed my order and sat there waiting for it. They prioritize take out orders over people eating in. 2 people in behind me got their orders and and they couldn't find mine So I repeated my order to them And they got it wrong. If you want a ham sandwich order a turkey."
