"What an enjoyable dining experience. Plentiful and delicious, our big party of 20 had beef, salmon and chicken bento boxes and all feasted heartedly! Service went smoothly and quickly. Definite will want to return!"

"The quality of the food was decent, but I was somewhat disappointed to find that the sushi was served over steamed rice rather than the traditional sushi rice. The rice fell apart upon picking it up. Another letdown was when I ordered the chicken katsu. It appeared that the chicken had been pre-boiled before being fried, resulting in a somewhat lackluster texture. I was expecting a crispy and tender katsu, but it fell short of my expectations. To make matters less appealing, the restaurant charges for extra ginger. It's a minor detail, but it's the little extras like complimentary ginger that often make a dining experience more enjoyable. On the positive side, the ambiance and service were pleasant. The restaurant offers wifi, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome."

"Food was excellent. I had the Ramen with miso base. The broth was delicious & noodles firm. Service was a little slow as I received my Ramen before the rest of our party & I had to ask for tea a few times before I was finally brought a pot. Server was swamped & apologized for the delay. Cute place with delicious food. Great place for a relaxed no rush meal"

"Decided to check this place out since it was recommended by (I guess) an influencer group that my family was checking out. If you're coming in from Waukegan Rd the entrance opens up from the South by the Fannie May. Walking in feels like being whisked off into a different world by its dim lighting and covered glass followed by a menu without any pictures. If this is your first time eating sushi you won't know what you want, but a combination plate will give you a pretty good representation. I had the hamachidon, which was 10 pieces of Yellowtail, a tender, light pink slab in a bowl of white rice with ginger and some spicy wasabi with a bowl of salad. Before you look for the pricing on that, I have regrets. It was delicious, but I'm still hungry. The taste of the sushi rice rivals Blufish's Chirashi Don, but I know which restaurant to head to for my fill at similar prices. Service was quick. We arrived an hour before rush hour for dinner. There's barely any walking space by the entrance, so don't get stuck waiting to enter. Their free WiFi is inexplicably fast. It doesn't seem necessary but I bet the place could be converted into a video game cafe."

"Visiting DC area for business and found this place with co workers. Amazing food! Their lava sushi was the bomb. Great customer service and oh their noodle was INCREDIBLE."
