"3 stars because even though they have self-serve air, they allowed me into the bay and helped me quickly (didn't know which tire it was so I wasn't comfortable doing it myself and was in a rush). But that must've been a mistake on the technician's part because (who I believe to be) the manager felt the need to correct him in front of my face.... it was awkward.... I'd rate 1-2 stars because of what happened next. They have a help wanted sign on their door, so I asked about it and if they train or prefer experience. I was then asked if I had experience, so I responded no, I am asking for someone else. This prompted the manager to go on a tangent about "how this ain't Baby Boy, the woman don't need to be trying to get the man his job he can come here and ask himself" (a movie where basically the boyfriend is a bum if you don't already know). This threw me soooooooooo off, I never wanna go back again cause what? I never mentioned this person was a man in the first place, secondly if that person isn't present with me in person and you have a help-wanted sign, why couldn't I inquire about it? There was just much better ways to respond and it had me leaving there extremely uncomfortable and irritated. Not to mention extremely unprofessional.. needless to say I won't be mentioning that opportunity to the person I was inquiring for. As someone considering to move to the PF area, seeing those type of attitudes in businesses is upsetting to say the least."
