"I have been to most of the Rosati’s locations north of Chicago and the Harvard location is my favorite! The host (Megan) Is always friendly and helpful with questions about the menu or daily specials and makes great suggestions if I’m undecided. I visit the Harvard location several times a week and love their lunch special of Italian beef, fries and drink! I order mine special and I’m never disappointed! The gravy is more flavorful and the beef portion is generous! I won’t get started on their fries! The Owners are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve become a regular at the Rosaties in Harvard and they make me feel like family. Check them out! You wont be disappointed!"
"I had a disappointing experience with this pizza store. Despite ordering a double dough cheese pizza, they provided a thin crust cheese pizza instead. When I raised the issue during pickup, the employee seemed uninterested and claimed he wasn't responsible. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me with a negative impression."
"The slice of pizza lunch special is a great deal! The pizza is always delicious and the staff is very polite and helpful! Pastas, dough nuggets and mozzarella stucks are also very good. Thank you!"

"Waited over an hour for my order. Waited in store for a bit. I placed my order online, wasn't ready still. I seen what looked like my order on the shelf. I stood in line and sure enough, it was. They just didn't care enough to give it to me when they knew I was sitting there waiting for it. I've ordered here about 10 times. And about 7/10, the order has issues. Come here if you want to be frustrated. Edit* got home. Order is messed up. We requested pie cut and extra sauce on both pizzas. Well, both pizzas don't have extra sauce and 1 is pie cut. You lost a customer."
