"My husband and I were driving to my parents to leave our truck and head to the airport with them for a vacation in Florida. As we were driving a rock hit the windshield of our truck and cracked it, it continued to crack as we drove. I called Mrs. Mark immediately for help. She got right on it, gave us a few different companies we could work with to fix it. Since we were on our way to Florida we did not have time to look into them. Mrs. Mark did this for us as well! She got us in contact with All-star Windshield Centers and set everything up so our windshield was fixed before we got back! All we had to do was ask our neighbors to give the guy our car keys. We greatly appreciate Mrs. Marks efforts to fix our problem while we enjoyed our vacation and came back to a brand new windshield. It doesn't get any easier than that! We have never worked with an agent who went out of their way that much to make sure we were taken care of (and SO quickly). We highly recommend her!"
