"I just called them to ask a question about repairing my chain link fence and also attaching a wooden privacy fence to to the chain link fence - I've seen this done before, as a matter of fact, my neighbors have done this as well as a couple of co workers. The person answering the phone was very rude and said we can fix the fence, but we don't attach wooden fences..and then she hung up on me. I guess they didn't want my business."
