"My insurance had changed. I was forced to search for a new OBGYN. My last OBGYN office I trusted them twice with two separate births. My team of doctors were knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. I was upset they were not in network for me anymore. Needless to say I was on a search for a new OBGYN. My primary doctor gave me a list of doctors to research. Dr. Sorokin was not on the list but she wrote her name at the top and said she has heard good things about her. After researching I decided to go with Dr. Sorokin. When I called for an appointment they made sure to tell me to arrive early and exactly where they were located. I’m so glad they told me to come earlier, because they are located in Alexian Brothers Hospital and the hospital parking is always full. The directions they gave me were easy and I found it right away. When I arrived the front desk was friendly and got me checked in right away. The nurse came to get me and it was on time with my appointment. The nurse was kind and personable. Next, I met with Doctor Sorokin. She was a kind and knowledgeable Doctor. She listened to my concerns and symptoms. She asked me follow up questions and after gathering what she needed she concluded with what it could be. She explained the next step to me and extra steps she was taking to insure she covered all possible causes. I’m very grateful she took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. The whole visit took 40 minutes and I was out the door."
