"The lab tech stuck me and made a colossal olive size hematoma of the only good vein that I have in my arm. Parking can be tight. The staff are personable. If you have good veins it's good to get your bloodwork here. Enter through the Eberle building, there is no direct entrance to the Wimmer building."

"The Lab tech named Tina is the most inappropriate person I have met , as I sat waiting for my blood stick I heard her telling another employee that she didn't want to draw a person in another room because they smell ,so rude . Then she walked in my room not saying anything,I said nothing I was just looking at my phone,she walked out told the other person that I am mean an she refuses to draw me ,WHAT this was my first and last time EVER coming to this location. How this woman has a job still when she clearly doesn't want to help anyone is mind blowing but good luck if you go here."

"Worst experience. The person who was drawing blood was great. But did not get basic test results for over 10 days. Not available in patient porta or reported to MD. Would nit repirt to another MD even though they had order scanned. Told MD to call 800 number. Doctors do not have time for that. Had to call and fill out paperwork to get access. Needed labs for medication refill. Lab delay interfered with course of treatment. Very disappointed."

"My doctor sent orders here for some lab works. Stopped in at 7:30am, there was zero wait time. The staff were very friendly and especially my phlebotomist Tina who was kind, Gentle and pleasant to converse with. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, I highly recommend this place."
