"I felt I was rushed out after surgery and I wanted an update post surgery how everything went and they said the Dr is already in another surgery. I was barely awake from the anesthesia and the nurse was helping me to get dressed and leave. I specifically asked to take a pic of my elastofibroma but the Dr said it's not their protocol. I mean it came out of my body and I was asking for a pic."
"I made an appointment with this office new patient. 23 hours before my appointment I received a text message that I have a $50 copay so I called the office if I can get billed for it they're like no you have to pay at the time of the visit I'm like well I can afford it right now can you Bill me no. So we're going to have to cancel your appointment, and you will receive a $50 fee for not canceling before 24 hours. I understand you have to pay your bills but it's sad it's all about money these days. I was recommended by a friend to go there, ya know, and the receptions I talked to were not friendly at all.. I will definitely not be going back and I don't recommend it."
"I had my gallbladder surgery at this clinic 2 years ago. Billing was a mess at the time, but I was finally able to get it sorted and resolved. They originally overcharged me. I was able to get a refund on the amount over my deductible and the surgery was fully paid for and it was communicated to me that it was fully paid for. Now this morning - 2 YEARS LATER - I received a new bill for $800+. what is happening at this practice??"
"Dr. Levitin is a great doctor. Helping me not the first time. Also, I was able to see her the same day and she did a small procedure right away! Really appreciate for it and also very recommend this doctor!"
"I had surgery today for problems with my Gallbladder, friendly and trained staff, I recommend it, at first I was a little afraid but everything went wonderfully, I feel very good, the entire team made me feel confident, from the Nurse Anesthetists and Dr. Tarasov, very kind. and when you're trained, you can see that he knows exactly what he's doing. Deeply Grateful, Blessings to this Clinic and all its Staff."
