"The weather has been awful all week. Pipes have been bursting all over the city. The temps are below zero. We were in a bad situation where our plumber was stuck with another home emergency. I searched online to find emergency service. Fabian was the first to respond. He redirected me to where he had Google reviews. They were all favorable. He made contact with the tenant so that way he could come out immediately to address the heating issues. He arrived within 40 minutes from our initial call. He identified the problem. He stabilized the building with heat temporarily. He promised to follow up on repairs to resolve the situation completely. The next day, I received a call with an estimate for parts and labor by 10 AM. The owner decided that they wanted to use their plumber for the replacement part, but the I will call Fabian at anytime for his professionalism and quick response."
