Located at 141 Illinois 37, Mound City, Illinois, this revered site rests at the junction of State Highways 37 and 51, just northwest of Mound City. Established to honor and remember those who have served, the cemetery holds significant historical value and is a serene place of reflection and respect. For visitors traveling via I-57, take Exit 8 and head east for 1.7 miles until you reach the stop sign at Route 37. Turn right and continue for three miles into Mound City, where the road transitions into Main Street. Proceed through town, navigate a sharp turn, and continue for an additional half-mile.
