"At Horizon Health, 1) you will have the opportunity to park and call for patient transportation if you need wheelchair brought to you or you may utilize the valet service and they will bring you a wheelchair and park your car. ~ A+ in my book. I haven’t received this treatment at other area clinics. This is my #1 reason for choosing to stay with my Rural Hospital/Clinic setting. 2) you will always be greeted with a cheerful smiling greeter who will direct you where you need to go ~ A+ in my book. 3) the check-in desk staff is also friendly, and will assign you a registration room or E/R considering your circumstances. 4) the registration staff are always the bubbliest, happy, smiling, start your day just right personnel. 5). Your Transporters will take you wherever you need to go!!! They are the BEST!!! Now onto the nurses And medical assistants at the Clinics they are all very compassionate about what ails their patients. They take the time to listen as you speak about your symptoms. They do not make you feel like they are in a hurry to rush you in and out.. Thank you Judah for actually listening to my medical condition and ordering test to get diagnosis and to continue to monitor my condition as well as my other ongoing condition. "Dr. Tyson is a wonderful doctor. My aunt loves him. I love that he does not want to put his patients on medication unless absolutely necessary. He doesn’t want to do surgery unless necessary. He spends time with his patients and does not make them feel like he doesn’t have time to listen. We both love Dr. Tyson."
