Our kitchen features a custom-built Terrapin wood-fired oven named Bertha, which cooks your pizza at over 800 degrees in just minutes. We also have a restored 1960's Bloodgett Deck oven named Smokestack Lightning for our specially prepared cauliflower dough pizzas, breads, and pastries. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. Our pizza dough and sauce are made fresh daily with Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. We top our pizzas with the finest cheeses, including imported Bacio, as well as the freshest local meats and produce.
