"I had the best experience ever in a clothing store. Sonja was right on spot. I didnt make an appointment but she was there to help me figure out what would fit best. That took hours it seemed. She made sure I was truly happy with my purchase . She made sure the outfit fit was right in everyway possible. Very out going person, happy and funny, she made me feel at ease when trying on clothes in front of her. She deserves a raise because my body isn't easy to fit clothes on. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a real fitting . Awesome lady will be back!!"
"I went to return an unused garment only to be told without a Lane Bryant credit card I would not receive a full refund. In which I agreed. She rang it up and it said full refund. She said that couldn't be right. So she rang it on another register until it said no value?. I would NEVER SHOP there again. How can your product in which I paid good money for have zero value?? Customers beware their Scammers. There are much better customer service and selections out there. Pass them by."
