"Great clothes, but over-priced. Looked at a pair of Trekkie pants here that were priced at 129. Went across the parking lot to REI and got a similar pair of Athleta Trekkie pants on sale for about 60. Got 2 pair instead of one. I will say that I love the quality of Athleta clothes."
"I really like this location. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection. They have some plus sizes but it would be nice if they carried more so we could have equal access as smaller sizes. But at least Athleta is taking a step in the right direction."
"What a great store and Amazing ladies. I was helped from the time I walked in until the time I left. I am very appreciative for the larger sizes since I’m still trying to loose this COVID weight. Thank u ladies for making me feel welcome and suggesting different cuts to compliment my shape."
"Update: increasing my rating only based on the strength of Athleta management at the corporate level. I voiced my concerns to their customer service team and had very good dialog with both corporate and the local district manager. Tbh I still won’t go to this location but I’ve not given up on Athleta as a brand. ——- I have been a frequent shopper of this location and usually the service is friendly and the store associates are helpful. That was until I walked in last night. They were clearly not understaffed. There's were other customers in the store and they appear to be getting good service and some associates who were not busy. But evidently I was not even worthy of acknowledgement. I was flatly ignored. I walked all over the store looking at items and was never greeted or acknowledged. When i had clothing in my hand to try I never one was I asked about starting a dressing room. I had to let myself to my own dressing room, and it wasn't until that point when somebody actually deigned to acknowledge me. I had come quite a distance to try on a few specific items. I completed my try on. As I exited the dressing room I was asked 'how did those items work out?' It was at that point that I gave her some very honest and candid feedback. I indicated that I actually really liked what I tried on and I plan on ordering those items from the website, but I will not be shopping at the Melody Farms store. I informed her that I was a frequent customer and up until now I've always felt welcomed but there's no excuse for how I was treated today. I honestly don't know if it's because I'm Black, or because I'm fat, but there was definitely a difference in how I was treated versus all of the other skinny White customers in there. Athleta you need to do better, especially considering the fact that you are pushing your inclusivity. I am highly disappointed and I'm really rethinking my patronage of the brand at this point. I've recently gained a little bit of weight and experiences like this are just crushing. Plus size women work out and are worthy! I felt the exact opposite at Athleta today. I will say that the manager and dressing room associate ( there were many other associates just standing around) accepted my feedback and acknowledged there was no excuse for how I was treated. I don't honestly know if I received an 'I'm sorry', but I was so angry that if I did it didn't register."
"My wife went in for their masks and found a nice variety. The service was also fast and friendly."
