"Hey truckers, just a heads up, the manager will whine about u parking in the entrance driveway. He told me that the fire dept complained about trucks parking there. When I explained the law to him about emergency vehicles able to get through, he changed his story. Some ppl are honest & some aren’t. He attempted to make it right, but his initial whinny attitude already did the damage. Save yerselves the headache & don’t park in the driveway or Kevin will have a hissy fit. Clean hotel though."

"Beautiful place to stay and the staff is phenomenal! Highly recommend for groups! It's located among several other hotels. If you enter by the mall, keep driving past the others and you'll come to the street (marked with a Holiday Inn Express sign. It's worth the effort even if it's a little tricky to find the first time you drive in."

"We stayed in Bourbonnais for a week to drop our daughter to college nearby, which was only a few minutes away from her campus. Coming all the way from Guam, Holiday Inn staff made sure that we felt at home for the duration of our stay. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we were provided with everything we might have needed. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning and the friendly interactions with the staff. Complimentary coffee and water were always available in the lobby in addition to the ones in our room. I looked forward to their coffee in the morning and when we returned. Be sure to enjoy the chair massage or a full massage in the mall right next door and the restaurants. It was such a convenience to have other restaurants and shops all nearby. Best Buy next door was our go-to for a lot of our new college student's needs and wants. The laundry, pool and gym facilities were a huge plus. We look forward to staying there again when we return. Thank you!"
