"Awful communication from the front desk. No one knows what they are talking about. Poorly run. I would recommend going somewhere else."
"Check-in is easy and the front desk staff is always welcoming and professional. We come here for the open swim hours. The locker rooms are clean and they offer family dressing rooms, which is nice. The family changing rooms offer individual family bathrooms with showers (I believe there's about 6). There is an indoor splash pad for toddlers, young children, a water slide that empties into a 3'6" pool, a whirlpool and a pretty wide lane that goes from about 3" to 4". There is a whirlpool for adults and a few swimming lanes for adults. There is plenty of chairs around the pool and they offer life jackets for children, pool noodles, beach balls, basketballs for the basketball hoop. There is a party room that is available for an additional cost. Family friendly. We love coming here."
"I had an excellent experience at this gym. The gym-goers are diverse, of all backgrounds, ages, and (dis)abilities and the staff make you feel at home. It's clean, and I love the pool facility + hot tub! Locker rooms/bathrooms are also modern and updated with hair dryers and all. Shoutout to Ryan H. who especially helped organize my unique membership needs and was always super helpful, friendly, and professional. Thanks!"
"Great place for kids under 6 years old. I have an 18 month old toddler. Lots of things for her to do. Slides and squirty things. Inside and outside play. MOST parents were watching their children. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, when you walk into the zero-depth area of the outdoor pool, it is quite slippery. I saw at least 10 kids wipeout. It probably could use a little scrubbing while in service. I assume it's probably sunscreen or something. But still quite slippery for the kids. The good news is, the baby did not want to go home. Great fun play."
