"I was in town on business, this hotel seemed like it had mixed reviews, it was late and I went with it. The room was good, spacious and clean. The hotel facility seemed clean. The breakfast is the typical buffet - waffles and the mystery scrambled eggs etc, but I didn’t stay here for the breakfast … There’s plenty of parking here as well. The lady behind the desk had a positive personality which was nice to walk into late at night while checking in. I would stay here again."
"First time staying at this location. Made a request for a top floor room, which was reserved for me on arrival. Very peaceful and quiet here. Staff is over the top helpful! Washer and dryer take debit/credit cards, making laundry a breeze."
"Customer service is a joke here. Darlene has to be one of the most rudest person I’ve ever met. From the beginning of our stay to the end she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The suite was dirty and outdated and reeked of smoke. I couldn’t take a shower without getting a headache each time. Seriously if you value your money go elsewhere. For the price you will be greatly disappointed and disrespected by staff members. - If I could give 0 stars I would. On a positive note, Dede was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to engage with. She deserves a raise."
"If I can rate more than 5 star I would do that. I booked one night for $122 on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful night, quiet hotel, clean rooms they remodelled it and nice view. Nearly everything is perfect I really recommend it."
"I’ve been a Marriott member for almost 10 years and have about 400 nights with them. This is my favorite of their hotels for the following reasons: - The hotel is modern and updated (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc) while being consistently neat and clean. So, I always know what to expect. - The location is perfect. Oak Brook has just about everything you want from entertainment to shopping to restaurants all within a few miles. - The service is great. Mainly DeeDee. She is the glue that holds this hotel together. She’s always kind and so accommodating to whatever you need. I really appreciate her willingness to help every time I come to town. It’s a breath of fresh air. Ask for her if you need anything and she’s always happy to help."
