The restaurant, which takes its name from the Danish word "to love", is run by Executive Chef David Posey and Executive Pastry Chef Anna Posey. With a focus on simplistic fare, seasonal ingredients, and energetic hospitality, Elske combines contemporary and classic techniques to create a unique dining experience. The private dining room at Elske offers a warm and casual space for gatherings with family and friends. Chef David and Chef Anna's cuisine features soulful cooking with modern techniques, including dishes cooked over an open, wood-fired hearth. The private dining room can accommodate intimate dinners for up to 24 guests, or cocktails and snacks for groups of up to 54.
