Dr. Alicia La Hoz is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder and director of Family Bridges, a non-profit organization dedicated to marriage and relationship education. Located at 17W662 Butterfield Road in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, Dr. La Hoz's institution offers programs in Chicago, Milwaukee, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Phoenix, Arizona. Under Dr. La Hoz's leadership, Family Bridges has expanded globally through their mini-drama series, ¡Qué Gente, Mi Gente!, which airs in 25 radio markets worldwide. The organization also runs an off-Broadway show as a prequel to the mini-drama. Dr. La Hoz has developed research-based curricula on conflict resolution and stress management, such as Ready? Set. Grow!, which is widely implemented in three cities.
