"Great customer service they will learn your name if you go there alot. But will verify . If my medication is not available they have it brought over from another store the next day."

"Every time I try to refill my son medicine. I get a run around story that oh your child doesn't have that here. We will have to call the doctor or it is going to be over $2,000.00 for his medicine. Your insurance won't over it, I have a card on there that makes the medicine only $20.00 no it is not on fill sorry and they hang up. I walk in and depending on the person they can find the card other ones don't look good enough in the computer. There is a white guy that w a s sweett and I asked him if he could highlight it for me or make a mark so it pops up.He was kind and said YES no problem at all."

"This pharmacy is a total joke. Every time we go to get a prescription for my dog there is a problem. The 1st problem I had was the prescription was called in, I got the text notification that the prescription was called in, I go to pick it up 4 days later and they tell me they don't have the product and ask me if I want to order it? This was called in 4 days before how come I wasn't notified until I showed up to pick it up? I then have to have it called into a different location because I needed the refill now. Every time we go pick it up there's always a problem, mass confusion trying to figure out who it's for what name it's under even though it's under the same name every time. I can provide the prescription number and that still is total confusion. My husband went to pick up the prescription and nobody can find it and say it wasn't called in even though I just talked to them 2 hours prior and confirmed that it was ready. It's really insane how terrible the service is here."

"I have had zero issues filling RX’s here since switching from another pharmacy a few months ago. I wanted to mention pharmacy tech Mary is always so pleasant and helpful. The pharmacists I’ve interacted with have also been helpful. There was a tech today obviously having a bad day & that created a poor interaction when I dropped off my RX so that’s why I only gave 4 stars."
