"*update: The front left caliper locked up after roughly six months. We took it back to Pat’s, and the caliper did have a warranty. They fixed it the same day, and also replaced the right caliper as well. All free of charge. I was impressed with their timeliness and service. Pat’s once was a great place to bring your car. Since they changed owners I can’t say that’s true anymore. Sorely disappointed. Brought my truck in for inspection before I made a cross country drive towing a heavy trailer. I paid $190 and they said it looked great, no issues. The next day I was driving down the highway and the back left tire started pouring smoke out the side. My brake pedal was hitting the floor. I took it back to Pat’s lo and behold, all 4 brake pads, rotors, and brake lines needed to be replaced. A simpleton who doesn’t know anything about cars would still know that brakes should be inspected before a long journey. I’m glad that I caught the error before we left and avoided a potentially deadly situation. Pat’s ripped me off for $190 saying nothing was wrong with my car when in reality it needed over $1500 worth of repairs. Pat’s has lost my trust and respect. I will never recommend or use this business again."
