"Came through the first time for an oil change grinding sound, they found that I needed rotors and brakes on my front tires. They didn't charge for the discovery- I had my fiance replace them. Came back for another oil change this time with an alignment because my wheel was pulling. I left and it was still pulling. They got me in the next day, told me they missed a bent tie rod, they replaced it for free. I left and the wheel was still pulling. Got in a few days later when I had time and they discovered that my steering wheel had slipped and was crooked. They also fixed that for free. I would have gladly paid for all of the things had they caught them all the first time, but the service manager, and front desk (Steve) were super professional and so great at getting me in and back in the road quickly! I will continue to use this place in the future!!"

"Today I had a front end alignment done as well as replacement of all 4 tires on my Dodge Ram 2500. There was other work that needed done that was found during the alignment. I was called by Scott who walked me through the found problems and explained my options. Everything they did at this business was very professional. I am pleased with the work they did. "They never pull my leg about the time estimate and the other day it was on the nose. They made it so I went from a Good Samaritan putting the donut on for me at 9pm the previous night to Plaza doing two new tires, a rotation, and packing up my donut and jack so I was back on the road and headed to an event by 10:45am the next day. "This place is bad news all around! I’ve had tires on my truck for about 2 months that I had put on at this places. Along with being out right overcharged for tires because I was misquoted and they didn’t bother to let me know until they had already put the new tires on. Obviously the ey have incompetent employees that don’t know how to put lug nuts on properly and torque to specs. I had 4 studs break on front tire all together. That tells me that they were over torqued and not put on in the correct pattern. I highly recommend finding someone else"
