ATA Karate for Kids is a health institution located at 1419 55th Street in Countryside, Illinois, United States. At our institution, children can crush their fitness goals while learning how to protect themselves. Our program focuses on teaching essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline, while also promoting a positive mental attitude, high goal setting, and confidence in our karate for kids classes. In addition to our children's program, we also offer adult programs that focus on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense techniques that can be applied in today's world. Our professional instructors, who are ranked and certified by the American Taekwondo Association, have undergone over 300 hours of training to provide the best possible experience for our students.
